And unsurprisingly, a seafood lover like me is proud to present you a restaurant that is amazingly cheap but cooks real quality seafood.
一个像我这样的海鲜爱好者当然会在我的第一个博客里宣传美食。这是一家价格相对便宜，但味道不会让你失望的海鲜餐厅。

It is a restaurant somewhere near Mahachai, 60-70 KM south of Bangkok called "Raan Daeng" in Thai.
这家名为“Ｄａｅｎｇ”（意为“红色”）的餐厅，位于曼谷南部距离约６０－７０公里外的　Ｍａｈａｃｈａｉ。

I can guarantee you this is not from fish farm, the meat is just so fresh, firm and with very nice texture. (I hate farmed sea bass)

超大鲈鱼－我可以保证，从富有弹性的肉质，这绝不是从鱼场养出來的鲈鱼。（我不喜欢养殖场带有泥味的鲈鱼）

To me it is a bit disappointing, deep fried mackerel should be a better choice next time

Squid - slightly sweet but so tasty. I was told it was cooked in a very old cooking style and may be lost for generations



I never come across this kind of cooking anywhere in thailand.

鱿鱼-略甜，但非常美味。听说这是一种可能已经失传的古老煮法。我从来没有在泰国任何的地方碰到过。

And guess how much for all of this?
猜猜埋单多少钱呢？

Everything in is less than 3000 baht. The crab alone is 1500! (Crab is expensive in Thailand everywhere)
全部不到3000铢，但仅是螃蟹就已1500 ！（无论在泰国那里，螃蟹都是很昂贵的啊）

Amphawa Floating Market 水上市场

Relatively unknown compared to other floating markets like Damnoen Saduak, it becomes famous (at least to me) when the market featured in a Toyota TV ads for months. Located near Samut Songkram, the market caters for local people. On my exploration here I hardly see western faces, absense of westerner means the market is less commercialized.



Another good thing here is that the market doesn't start until late afternoon. It means you can take your time to visit nearby places, and end your day at Amphawa.

Despite being a strayed cat, it is healthy and show sign of richness of Amphawa.

You can end your day with "firefly" boat tour. Albeit the number of firefly is below expectation, but the price of 60 baht ticket/pax is definitely worth a try.

如果不介意太晚，你可以来一个遊船河观萤火虫。

虽然萤火虫的数目不太多，但合理的票價（６０铢）会令你觉得是值得一试的。

Bangkok International Motorshow 2009 曼谷国际汽车展

Bangkok International Motor Show is an annual event that takes place at BITEC from around end Mar to early April.

Needless to say, a motorshow is always about motor cars but to most people, the actual target is pretty girls.

To me I take this opportunity to test my potrait taking skill and this is why you'll see more girls than cars here.

Koh Wai

Koh Wai is an island to the south of the famous Koh Chang, at the east of Thailand bordering Cambodia.

The island is one of the most under developed area with undisturbed mother nature, thanks to the prolong monsoon season that stops all activities on the island.

Wai岛位於著名的Chang岛南部，邻近柬埔寨。由於延长的季侯风，该岛的后半年通常关闭不受干扰长达数月。这导致该岛的大自然有时间复原。


Get rejuvenated looking at the clear sea water.

清澈见底的海水，让你忘却一切烦扰。

Get a boat to tour the nearby coral reefs and fish feeding. 乘船游览附近的珊瑚礁和喂鱼。







Irrawaddy Dolphin - Of course it is only when you are lucky enough.

短吻海豚-当然，如果你足够幸运。

Sport Fishing is also not a bad choice.
